Chatel 2000
This was a great skiing holiday. Chatel is a small/medium resort, but part of the huge Port Du Soleil skiing area that spans France and Switzerland.
A special mention is deserved by the chalet staff... the ski guides (Jinny, Tom, Ben) and the chalet cooks (Sam and Jojo), as well as Coral as chief organiser. All fantastic.
Like others before us, we would definitely return to Chatel, and to the same chalet.
This holiday I rented carving skis (full carving ones... about 152cm, compared to my normal 195cm). Great fun. I'm getting adventurous... next time I'll try blades.
